About the Course
In the course, you'll learn everything you need to know to become a confident, professional golf caddie — even if you've never picked up a club before. We cover the basics of golf, like how the game is played, what each club is for, and how to follow a round from tee to green. You'll learn how to carry and organize a bag, clean clubs, hand over the right club at the right time, read greens, and understand distances. We also teach proper etiquette — where to stand, when to speak, and how to stay out of the way while still being helpful. Beyond the technical skills, we focus on how to actually get hired: how to introduce yourself at a club, make a great impression, and stand out from the competition. We'll help you develop professionalism, confidence, and the soft skills that golfers and caddie masters really care about. This isn't just about learning how to caddie — it's about getting you prepared to show up, get hired, and succeed on the course.
The course is self-paced, but most students finish it in about a week. There's around 4.5 hours of video content, but it's broken down into short, easy-to-digest lessons you can go through at your own speed. Watching the videos is just part of it — you'll also need time to study, pass the quizzes after each section, and complete the final test to earn your certificate. Some people binge through everything in a couple of days, while others take their time to make sure they really understand the material. We recommend setting aside at least an hour a day for a week to stay on track and retain what you're learning. The goal isn't just to finish the course — it's to actually be ready to step on a course and perform like a pro.
You don't need any golf experience at all. The course was made for total beginners. If you've never stepped on a course before, we got you.
Yes — it's fully mobile-friendly. You can watch and take quizzes on your phone, tablet, or computer.
It's great for teens 14+, especially high schoolers looking for a summer job. College students can benefit too.

No, the course isn't limited to just one region — it's designed to work for anyone, anywhere. Whether you live near a private country club in New York, a public course in California, or a seasonal course in the Midwest, the skills you learn in Caddie College are universal and apply to almost every golf course that hires caddies. We've had students from all across the U.S. take the course, and we're always expanding our network of partner clubs. Plus, if you tell us your location, we'll do our best to help you identify nearby courses that hire caddies and even contact them on your behalf if you're part of our Elite Package. Golf is a national sport, and caddying is needed in tons of different regions — not just big-name courses — so no matter where you're from, this course gives you a real shot at turning knowledge into income.

Getting Hired & Opportunities
Yes — we've already developed relationships with several golf courses that hire caddies, and we're continuing to grow that network. One of the biggest advantages of going through Caddie College is that we don't just train you — we back you. Because of our brand and the reputation we're building in the golf industry, we can reach out to courses on your behalf, vouch for you as a trained caddie, and help you get your foot in the door. If there's a course near you that's hiring or open to hiring, we can contact them directly, explain that you've completed our program, and stand up for you as someone who's serious, professional, and prepared. Most beginners don't have anyone advocating for them — but when you join Caddie College, you're not doing this alone. We want you to succeed, and we'll do everything we can to help you land that first loop.
Yes — the Elite Package includes help with Evans applications, essay editing, and interview prep.
