Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to purchases made through Caddie College, including digital course access, coaching, community access, and package-based services.

1. Overview
Caddie College offers digital educational products, training materials, community access, coaching-related services, and package-based resources. Because many of these products include immediate access to digital content, downloadable materials, proprietary training systems, and limited-availability support services, all purchases are subject to the terms of this Refund Policy.
By purchasing any Caddie College package, product, or service, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
2. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, course materials, downloadable resources, member-only content, and immediate-access training, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where Caddie College expressly states otherwise in writing.
This is because digital products cannot be “returned” after access is delivered, and course materials, frameworks, resources, and proprietary information may be viewed, saved, or used immediately after purchase.
3. Coaching Calls, Reviews, and Service-Based Features
Some Caddie College packages may include live calls, onboarding sessions, scholarship guidance, application review, personal statement review, post-training coaching, or similar service-based features.
These services involve reserved time, planning, review work, and limited availability. As a result:
- Completed calls, reviews, or delivered service-based work are non-refundable.
- If a coaching or review feature has already been scheduled, prepared for, partially delivered, or completed, that portion of the package may be considered earned and non-refundable.
- Missed calls or no-shows are not automatically refundable.
4. Physical Items Included in Packages
Certain packages may include physical items such as merch, rangefinders, towels, hats, ball markers, or other shipped materials.
If a package includes physical goods:
- Shipping, fulfillment, and handling costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Items already shipped, delivered, used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for refund unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
- Caddie College may require photo evidence or return of the item before issuing any replacement or partial refund related to a physical product issue.
5. Community Access
Some packages include access to private communities, including Discord or similar member spaces. Once community access is granted, that benefit is considered part of the delivered package value.
Removal from the community for violating rules, misconduct, harassment, spam, abuse, or inappropriate behavior does not create any right to a refund.
6. Refund Requests
If you believe there has been a billing error or exceptional issue, you may submit a refund request by contacting Caddie College directly.
Any request should include:
- Your full name
- The email used for purchase
- The product or package purchased
- The date of purchase
- A clear explanation of the issue
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Refund requests are reviewed at Caddie College’s sole discretion, except where otherwise required by law.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Caddie College, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment provider.
If a user initiates a chargeback after receiving access to digital content, downloads, coaching, community access, or package benefits, Caddie College reserves the right to:
- Revoke access to the course and any associated materials
- Remove access to private communities or bonus resources
- Cancel future coaching or support services
- Contest the chargeback using proof of purchase, access logs, usage data, communications, or evidence of delivered services
8. No Guarantee-Based Refunds
Because Caddie College is an educational platform, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction arising from outcomes that were never guaranteed.
This includes, but is not limited to, requests based on:
- Not getting hired by a golf club
- Not earning a desired amount of money
- Not receiving a scholarship
- Not achieving a personal or professional goal
- Not using the course or completing the training
Caddie College does not guarantee employment, income, scholarships, admissions, or specific results.
9. Package Changes, Upgrades, and Downgrades
If Caddie College allows a package upgrade, the amount previously paid may, at our sole discretion, be credited toward the upgraded package. However, downgrades after access has been granted are not guaranteed and may not result in any refund.
If bonuses, downloads, coaching access, community access, or shipped items have already been provided, the value of those delivered benefits may be deducted from any approved adjustment, credit, or refund.
10. Promotional Offers and Special Terms
From time to time, Caddie College may offer promotions, custom package deals, limited-time pricing, scholarship-based discounts, or special enrollment terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional purchases remain subject to this Refund Policy. Any special refund terms must be clearly stated at the time of sale to apply.
11. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Misuse
Caddie College reserves the right to deny a refund request if we believe, in our sole judgment, that the request involves abuse of the policy, misuse of course content, dishonest conduct, repeated refund behavior, unauthorized sharing, or other bad-faith activity.
12. Compliance With Applicable Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law. If your jurisdiction grants non-waivable consumer rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
Caddie College reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
